The Department of English invites applications for full-time, one-year lectureships. The course load will be four courses per semester – typically, three composition courses and one literature course. The number of available positions varies from year to year.
Successful candidates will show evidence of experience teaching at the university level, either composition or literature courses. Applicants must have an MA in English or a letter of completion by 2 August, verifying that all requirements for the MA degree have been met (MA thesis must be defended by 26 July).
