Dream Job: Professional student--there are just too many interesting subjects and I don't have time to major in all of them.

My dad was in the Marines, so we moved quite a bit while I was growing up. People usually ask if I've ever lived anywhere "cool." Not really--my parents lived in all hte interesting places either before I was born or when I was too young to remember anything. I served a mission in Ukraine, which was very cool, and now my apartment bears all sorts of interesting relics of the Russian Orthodox church and U.S.S.R.

I met my husband while we were both missionaries in Ukraine. He's from Orange County, CA; we later discovered that we attended the same primary as small children, and that our families actually knew each other quite well. It's a small world. I'm working ever-so-slowly towards graduation with the hope of teaching high school English afterward.
