The Broadbent Endowed Scholarship

A graduate of the BYU English Department BA and MA programs has made a generous contribution to provide a scholarship for a BYU English MA single parentwho is committed to completing his/her education. Priority consideration will be given to graduate students, although undergraduate English majors may apply.

Applicants must be in good standing in the BYU English Department MA program, be a single parent with one or more children living at home (missionaries in the field count as "living at home"). Consideration for this scholarship is based on financial need and scholastic standing, in addition to being a single parent.
