Parley A. and Ruth J. Christensen Memorial Award

The family of the late Parley A. Christensen, master teacher and scholar who for many years was chair of the BYU English Department, has made a very generous contribution to the department to honor Dr. Christensen and his wife. Each year this award is used to aid promising graduate students in English at BYU.

Applications accepted from senior students who are entering the BYU English MA program and from first year English MA students. One award from each group will be given.
