Clinton F. and Naomi B. Larson Scholarship

The family of Clinton F. Larson, a fine poet and beloved professor in the English Department, has generously endowed a half tuition scholarship in the name of Prof. and Mrs. Larson, for a creative writing graduate student in the BYU English Department MA program. The Larson family wishes to continue Professor Larson's memory by assisting promising students of creative writing whose work, like his, begins in faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ and strives always for excellence.

Applicants must be in good standing in the BYU English Department MA program with an approved creative writing emphasis. If the recipient drops out of the MA program or changes his or her emphasis, he or she forfeits the scholarship.
